The history of Foosball in Norway

Until 2006 foosball in Norway was merely seen as a game you play in bars or during working hours for relaxation. The tables on which people played were unprofesional and the sport didn't reach any further than bars and job cantines.
 
A milestone in the development to make foosball a real sport was reached in March 2006, when Tore and Brendan started an official federation. Tournaments, training sessions and other activities are being organised weekly and monthly at our homebase in Mir. Representatives of Norway have participated in international competitions.
